Prestige Carriage Hire (PCH) partners with a nationwide network of approved independent bodyshops and repairers. Our network is carefully selected to deliver high-quality repairs for all vehicle types, including prestige, executive, and specialist vehicles — whether the damage was sustained in a fault or non-fault accident.
All our approved repairers undergo rigorous assessments to ensure they meet:
- Recognised industry qualifications (e.g. RMI, VBRA, MVRA)
- Use of Audatex estimating systems
- Adherence to Thatcham and manufacturer repair guidelines
- Strict quality control and compliance with current repair technologies
Repairs are independently assessed by qualified engineers to ensure:
- Structural integrity
- Safety
- Cosmetic finish
- Manufacturer specification compliance
On the rare occasion a repair falls short of our standards, the repairer is contractually required to implement a clear and accountable rectification process at no cost to the customer.
